Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Vintick, every timepiece is a vintage item, often decades old. We take great pride in restoring these mechanical marvels. Due to the nature of vintage goods, our return policy is designed to be fair to both the collector and our workshop.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is significantly not as described or arrives damaged.

  • To comprise a valid return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Restored vintage watches may have minor imperfections which are disclosed in the description or photos. These are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item (if stock permits) or a similar value item, please contact us.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our workshop in Pune.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
